Hey, I'm Lynn.

Holistic Practitioner

Passionate, professional, caring, knowledgeable, funny…
these are just some of the ways clients describe me in their feedback and reviews.

I’d tend to agree ;)

I absolutely love the work I get to do — and I’m so happy that it comes across.

Doing what I do. Being who I am.

I am embracing menopause and everything that comes with it.

Transitioning into the next beautiful phase of my life — with more ease, more honesty, and far fewer flying flip flops given to the things that no longer deserve my energy.

Because something shifts at this stage.
A knowing.
A softening.
A coming home to yourself.

My most used phrases are:

“No such thing as a coincidence.”
“Thoughts become things — be mindful what you wish for.”
“If it’s not a yes, then it’s a no.”

"More than a meatsuit".

Simple. Grounded. Lived.

My path is to support, guide and gently walk alongside you. To positively affect change in everything I think, do and say.

Not by fixing.
Not by forcing.
But by inviting.

I am Lynn.

I love life. Living. Learning.
An eternal student of both the magical and the practical.

Walking and working with the path that first presented itself over 20 years ago, when we lost Dad suddenly to bowel cancer — a moment that changed everything, and quietly began this whole journey.

Since then, life has been a continual unfolding.

The wins, the wobbles and everything in between.

Falling off spectacularly, getting back up.
Again and again and again.

These days, I work in a way I’ve come to call
Walking Without the Map.

Not rigid.
Not prescriptive.
Not one-size-fits-all.

But intuitive.
Responsive.
Deeply attuned.

Meeting you exactly where you are — and trusting that the next step will reveal itself as we walk.

I am intuitive and I take action on inner wisdom, insights and nudges.

My intuition goes by the name Her Indoors.

Sometimes whispering, sometimes shouty!

I once plonked an image of a baby on a vision board
and two weeks later, we conceived our daughter.

Despite being discharged from our fertility consultant and told we would never have a family naturally because of my age.

I was 44 when we had Olive.

We are more 'than the meatsuit', there is so much to play with the 'unseen' layers of life.

This is the work.

Loving. Living. Learning.

Navigating the rollercoaster and the playground that we call life.

Holding the lantern.
Not the map.

And walking it — together.
