Working within this field for nearly twenty years, I have come to realise that we don't have to choose between relaxation and transformation.

We can have both.

A life that feels calmer, lighter and more connected. A quieter mind. A more settled nervous system. Greater clarity about what matters and what comes next. And perhaps most importantly, a growing trust in ourselves and our ability to navigate whatever life places in front of us.

Many of the women who find their way here aren't necessarily looking for another therapy session, nor are they specifically looking for coaching.

What they're often looking for is space.

Space to pause, think, breathe and hear themselves again.

At its heart, this retreat is about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

Often women arrive knowing something needs to change, but not knowing exactly what. Others know exactly what they want but haven't yet given themselves permission to admit it.

Sometimes they're standing at a crossroads. Sometimes they're navigating a life transition, grief, burnout, menopause, a relationship change, a business decision, or simply a growing awareness that life no longer fits in quite the same way it once did.

Sometimes life looks absolutely fine from the outside, yet something inside keeps nudging for attention. A feeling that you've changed.

A feeling that what once mattered no longer matters in quite the same way. A feeling that there may be another version of you quietly waiting to emerge.

Either way, that is more than enough.

Coming to a Next Chapter Retreat simply knowing how you no longer want to feel is enough for us to begin.

There is no pressure to arrive with a goal, a plan, or a perfectly formed vision for the future.

We simply begin with where you are.

A Journey as Unique as You.

One of the most liberating things about The Next Chapter is that there are no labels, categories or expectations about what your retreat should look like.

There is no need to decide whether you need coaching, healing, reflexology, mindset work, guidance or simply rest.

Instead, we create a bespoke experience around you, your needs, your circumstances and your next chapter.

Drawing upon nearly twenty years of experience and an ever-expanding therapeutic toolbox, your retreat may include transformational coaching, reflexology, facial reflexology therapy, energy healing, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, visioning, journalling, reflection, nervous system regulation, time in nature, stillness, or simply the opportunity to exhale.

Sometimes the greatest breakthroughs happen through conversation.

Sometimes they happen through deep relaxation.

Sometimes they arrive whilst walking amongst the trees.

And sometimes they emerge when we finally stop trying so hard to figure everything out.

The day is allowed to unfold naturally, creating space for insight, clarity, rest and integration.

Everything is offered by invitation.

Nothing is expected.

Time in Nature.

Where appropriate, we may also step outside for a gentle walk amongst the nearby trees and woodland.

There is something powerful about stepping away from four walls and allowing the rhythm of nature to slow us down.

Often the clarity we have been searching for arrives when we stop chasing it. Not through forcing or pushing, but through allowing.

Women rarely leave with all the answers.

That isn't the goal.

More often they leave with a stronger connection to themselves, a clearer sense of what matters, greater trust in their own instincts, permission to make different choices, a renewed sense of possibility and, perhaps most importantly, the confidence to take the next step.

Walking Without The Map is the philosophy that sits at the heart of all my work.

It emerged from my own experience of navigating grief, uncertainty and profound change following the sudden loss of my Dad in 2005.

What I discovered during those years was that life rarely unfolds in the neat, predictable way we imagine.

Plans change.

Relationships change.

We change.

The route we thought we'd follow often takes an unexpected turn.

For many years I believed confidence came from certainty.

Now I believe something different.

I believe confidence comes from trusting ourselves enough to keep moving forward even when certainty isn't available.

Because perhaps none of us are ever given the whole map.

Perhaps we're simply given enough light for the next step.

And then the next.

And then the next.

The path reveals itself through walking.

This retreat isn't about finding all the answers.

It isn't about fixing yourself.

It isn't about becoming somebody else.

It's about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

To reconnect with your own wisdom.

To remember what matters.

To stop searching for a way out and start finding your way in.

Who is Held For?

Held is for busy women looking for calm, self connection and clarity. Women who may have experienced talking and / or relaxation therapies and are ready for more.

What is Held?

Held is a journey of transformation + relaxation. When we regulate the nervous system this acts as a catalyst for calm, self connection and clarity.

Using a combination of talking and healing modalities such as Holistic Coaching, Energy Psychology (EFT and Matrix Reimprinting), Energy Healing, Intentions + Visioning, Soul Goal Setting for Life & Business, Facial Reflexology Therapy and Reflexology.

How long is Held?

We allow the journey to unfold over time. We decide the frequency which feels right for you.

Change can happen fast. Allowing ourselves to be supported whilst we try the change on for size, stretching ourselves that little bit more, becoming more comfortable with being uncomfortable. Knowing that we're only ever a session or message away, gives us confidence to integrate the changes, knowing that we are not alone..

Where is Held?

Held in-person 1:1 sessions take place at my office in Millhouses, Sheffield S7. Blend is also available fully online.

Available session hours are Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10AM - 7:30PM, Wednesday 10AM - 4PM

Committing to a Held journey, you will receive a VIP calendar link to book your 1:1 sessions. Booking ahead is always advisable

How much?

Time - allocate one and a half hours for your regular 1:1 sessions. Consider enjoying downtime following your session.

10x 90-minute in person 1:1 sessions. (Encouraged regular usage and within a 12 month period).

WhatsApp remote support (Lynn in your pocket) - including voice note coaching, journal prompts, personal EFT tapping videos, intuitive guidance.

Fair use and discernment apply. My intention is to reply within 24hrs 10AM-4PM weekdays

Invitation to our weekly Sunday Remote Group Energy Healing.

Each and every Sunday 8PM-9PM we share remote group energy healing. A time to pause, be held and supported over the airwaves.

Access to Tapestry — our twice-monthly online transformation and healing circle.

A gentle, twice-monthly online space guided by the rhythm of the New and Full Moon. Blending grounding, EFT, visualisation and quiet reflection, each session supports you to define what you want and align with what feels true. There is no pressure, no performance — just a calm, supportive space to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself, guided not by a plan but by your inner compass.

Because the real shifts often happen in the moments between sessions..

Is there a refund policy?

If for any reason after our first 1:1 session you are not happy to continue. We can of course discuss how you are feeling. If we agree that Held | Journey is not for you at this time. A refund less the value of any used services will be offered.
