Reiki is a form of energy healing that can be enjoyed in person, remotely or within a remote group. Using our hands, gently positioned over parts of head and body to channel healing energy, the aim is to enhance your flow of life force energy.

I love to think of this like a garden hosepipe that has a few kinks in, not allowing the water to fully flow to your garden.

Energy Healing helps to remove those kinks, ensuring that you are receiving your full quota of vital life force energy.

Reiki 1 is perfect for absolute beginners—just bring an open heart and curiosity! By the end of your training, you’ll have a beautiful new way to bring more peace, balance, and healing into your life.

Reiki 1 Training and Attunement is in two parts.

Preparation. You will receive a comprehensive manual to study prior to the in person training day. To support your learning on the day, you are encouraged to read through the manual.
Training Day and Attunement. Throughout our time together we will cover the following:

Foundational Knowledge

History & Principles: The origins of Reiki, Dr. Mikao Usui’s story, and the five Reiki precepts.

Energy Healing Techniques

Reiki Attunement: Your Reiki Master will perform an attunement (or activation) to open and align your energy channels, allowing you to channel Reiki energy.
Hand Positions: How to place your hands on or above different parts of the body to facilitate energy flow.
Self-Healing: Techniques to practice Reiki on yourself, promoting balance and well-being.
Healing Others: Basic techniques for offering Reiki to friends, family, pets and plants.

Understanding Energy

Chakras & Aura: An introduction to the body’s energy centers and how they relate to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
